gtmetrix flagging Serve scaled Images

hello
i have been using optimole but gtmetrix says to Serve scaled images. i am getting the following message and do not what to do about it. I was under the impression that optimole will be doing just this???
The following images are resized in HTML or CSS. Serving scaled images could save 242.9KiB (87% reduction).
https://mlt6phqz3hzp.i.optimole.com/cb:LvrR.2f877/w:1536/h:865/q:mauto/f:best/https://assureallc.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/assurea-pit.png is resized in HTML or CSS from 1536×865 to 565×318. Serving a scaled image could save 219.0KiB (86% reduction).
