• Hello,

I have problems about the gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC. It’s the only one that doesn’t push.
I also tried in a staging test to update everything but seems like even doing it, it doesn’t work.
I followed the official guide to setup it, I did it a lot of times and this is my first time I encounter this problem.

    Hi,

    I placed a test order (#14137).
I do not see ecommerce data in the data layer indeed.

Could you check whether you have set the same WordPress page as the checkout and the cart page? This usually messes things a bit.

I disabled the “Cart as 1st checkout step” option but the problems still occurs

Sorry, I was not clear enough: please open your WP admin, then WooCommerce->Settings and open the “Advanced” tab. Under the “Page setup” section do you see different page IDs for “Cart page” and “Checkout page”?

Oh, ok. Yes, they are different!

For some reason, GTM4WP does not recognize your order received page as THE order received page.

Are you using any plugin that alters the default order received page in any way?

I have the same issue. Suddenly, the last couple of weeks, the Revenue event is the only one that doesn’t work. Do you prefer a new topic here? Is there anything you need from me to help debugging? Checked as well and cart/checkout have different page ids

No, I’m not using plugins that influence the order received page.
