    Hi Thomas,

First of all, let me thank you for such a wonderful plugin.

I’m setting up analytics for one of my customers.
They use Woocommerce and your plugin fits perfectly.
However, I can see some strange behavior during the checkout.
I’ve read all the topics here and havn’t found the solution. So decided to let you know.

Please see the screenshot. As you can see that there are more checkouts than addtocarts.
    https://prnt.sc/ve9lyx

I thought I was able to reproduce this also in TagManager Preview mode.
As I see the gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC is fired twice. Same story with gtm4wp.checkoutOptionEEC
    Please see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/ve9oya

But then I made some tests and it’s not it. Please see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/ve9uwr
    It should be something different.

I’d like to have the correct data in the Shopping Behaviour report.
Do you know how to fix this?

    Hi @maxshash,

Please also check what is the value of the “step” parameter in the checkout step event. My assumption is that those are the events firing by clicking on the “Place order” button on the checkout page. In this case, those events will include a different checkout step #

Please also note that the number of checkout users can be also higher because user revisit your cart multiple times without adding new products into the cart.

    Hi @duracelltomi

    Thanks for your reply.
I unchecked the “Cart as 1st checkout step” checkbox in plugin configuration and the issue is now resolved.

Thanks for your help and great plugin!
