GTM Pixel Tracking Problem

    I have added some tags to my site for add to cart, checkout, purchase, etc… The problem I have is that add-to-cart is a click event. How can I add the cmplz_event_marketing in combination (or some other solution) so that the add-to-cart click does not fire the FB pixel GTM tag when there is no consent via the cookie consent?
