GTM event tracking not working

  • Looking at the configuration for the Gravity Forms Event tracking plugin in WordPress (https://www.nu-heat.co.uk/) everything looks correctly configured to send data layer events to GTM when a form is submitted (as explained in your developer video). However I’m not seeing any data layer events in GTM and wonder if something is mis-configured?

    It looks as if adding in the GA container ID caused it to start firing in GTM (even though we’re not using GA), although it’s still temperamental.
