GTM and this plugin delaying Woocommerce add to cart

One of my clients has a site with this plugin installed with their GTM code, and they know that it is working as expected. However, we are having issues specifically with Chrome, as when you add a product to the cart, the cart shows as empty when you are pushed to the cart page. Everything works as expected with Safari and Firefox, but we are having to not use GTM right now so all users can purchase from the site.

Once the plugin is deactivated, WooCommerce works as expected in Chrome.

Been searching into this, but not finding any super specific help. Was hoping someone might have some insight into this.
