GTIN won’t show on /products/id endpoint(the option is enabled in Settings)

    I have a problem with the GTIN not showing in the /products/id endpoint, event though it is enabled in Settings, I’ve seen that it should be listed in meta_data field with key _alg_ean, but it is not showing. Could you please help me solve the issue? I’ve got another question, if it would be listed when retrieving the product by sku (that would be the /product?sku= endpoint)?

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    Are you referring to our “REST API > Add EAN to each product object in REST API responses” option? If that’s the case, I’ve just tested it on my server – EAN should be included in the meta_data, even if the option is disabled. You only need to enable it if you want to get EAN in a separate ean field (i.e., in addition to the meta_data). The same applies when searching by SKU. Could you please double-check if the product you are retrieving has an EAN set?
