Hi there! I just installed your plugin and configured it – but i still have a problem with routing my added GTINs to Feed.

In Feed Options i checked the option for adding gtin and brand via WooCommerce and also configured the Attribute Mapping correctly.

I tested with adding a static number to GTIN field and it is showing for all products correctly. But when i choose “Product GTIN” for the GTIN field, nothing is showing up in Feed…

In WooCommerce i used the standard gtin field vor my gtins – so normally its all basic configured and should work corectly…could you please give me a hint where to find the error?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @hd24,

Did you use the “product identifiers” functionality from our plugin or did you setup your GTIN fields differently using an other plugin or custom field?

Could you let me know exactly what you did? Providing a screenshot(s) would be helpfull.

    Same problem here…
    Germanized Plugin is installed…
GTIN is not included in the feed / the value stays empty

He @fheigl, good you contacted us.
WooCommerce does not have GTIN or Unique identifier fields by default. Also Germanised does not add these fields. So you will have to use a different plugin/extension to add these fields to your shop and products.

First look for different type of GTIN source fields in the source dropdown. Are there other possible sources in the dropdown that could be containing the correct GTIN code? Most of the time this is the case.

Else, please let me know what plugin are you using for the unique identifier fields. We do support quite a lot of those plugins so check them out.

Als you will find that our plugin could server you Unique identifier fields like gtin, mpn and brand fields. You can enable this in our settingspage.

Let me know if this is helpfull or if you need further assistance.
If so, please let me know what you have found and the plugin you are using.
