Some of my products have a GTIN available but many do not. The once that do have them added to the correct field but the ones that don’t do not. Google informed me that I must use the terms [identifier_exists]?attribute with a value of no?[no]

My question is how do I make this the default for all products that do not have a GTIN and then leave the ones that do with the GTIN that has been entered.

  • Hi @chopperstwisted,

I confirm you do not need to set [identifier_exists] value, that logic is deprecated. We have more information on this and the steps to resolve the issue you’re seeing here.

For the products that don’t have a GTIN, leave that field blank and make sure to set the brand and MPN.
