In Settings > Google Customer Reviews, you must have accidentally set that meta key as your GTIN field.

    Thank you for the response.

Yes, I have checked settings tab and show the meta.

but, I think so GTIN fields are store a (Global Trade Item Number) not a customer review.

    is there I’m right?

You need to change the GTIN Field meta key setting in my plugin settings page to get it off of “review count”. Please change it to DEFAULT. Then, you will be able to put the gtin number when you edit products.

Can you please explain in detail.

If I added new product so I need one GTIN filed and GTIN is sync to Google Product feed.

I think we’re having some kind of miscommunication. I hope you understand that this plugin does not automatically generate or provide a GTIN for your products. It only gives you a field to input a GTIN per product, or lets you select a different meta field in case you have already entered your GTINs using a separate plugin. Does that help clarify things?
