GTIN / EAN etc in schema

    HI i have been trying to sort out schema and the plug in people said this

    2. If that 3rd party provider adds the MPN/GTIN using a customer then use you add something like this:
    %customfield(mpn-field-name)%

    How do i find this code sorry don’t even know what to search for to find it as don’t know what these %% codes are called
