gtag or google tag not working, where i put gtag code?

hello, i need to insert gtag and google analytic code, i used your plugin but when i put that code on wp header php file i see your plugin ignoring that inserting own header, now tell me where to put gtag and analytic code. i need this on header and body, wp header php have this two part but your plugin ignore that. where to do that?
