    Hi @usrobotx,

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked your AMP URLs and I can confirm that there is a valid AMP snippet placed. Note also that the tagassistant.google.com service doesn’t provide support for AMP versions of Analytics tags.

Let me know if you have any further questions on this.

Hello James. Thank you for your prompt reply.

I will explain the issue further: Google Ads shows that

“” Your Google tag (gtag.js) or Google Tag Manager tag should be on every page so that it can identify the user or click originating from the landing page URL. Since you may need to change which landing pages your ads point to at any time, placing a tag on every page of your site ensures the best possible conversion tracking as your ads evolve.”” “”Over 10% of your pages do not have gtag.js or a Google Tag Manager tag””

I have checked through tag assistant extension and all regular pages (there aren’t many) do have and fire tags, whereas the extension showed no tag on AMP pages.

You mean the AMP pages also do have gtag.js, it’s just problem with tag assistant? In that case how can I solve Google Ads issue?

    Hi @usrobotx,

Thanks for the update. When using the Tag Assistant Chrome extension this unfortunately doesn’t account for AMP URLs. I can confirm a valid snippet has been placed and it is recording visits to your AMP URLs, based no the UA-23*****84-1 property, so all is working as expected with regards your Analytics set up. Analytics in AMP doesn’t use a gtag.js based snippet, it’s a JSON format snippet as I linked to in my previous response.

In that case how can I solve Google Ads issue?

Did you have any specific Google ads query? Let me know and I’d be happy to point you in the right direct. Note that we can only provide support for Site Kit related queries here, and if your query is in relation to AdSense, Site Kit can insert a valid AdSense snippet on users site if the AdSense module within Site Kit is activated.

Unfortunately I do not have a specific query. The only information that I have is the one that is in the previous message, stating “Over 10% of your pages do not have gtag.js or a Google Tag Manager tag”. Maybe there are other pages that do not have gtag.js? It should not be the case.

    Hi @usrobotx,

Regarding gtag.js, you won’t find these in AMP URLs. An AMP valid Analytics snippet doesn’t use gtag.js as mentioned above. You’ll find out more on this below:
    https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/amp-analytics

Your set up with AMP is valid and visits are recording in Analytics, with a Site Kit inserted Analytics snippet.

Let me know if you have any further questions on this and I’d be happy to assist.

So there is an analytics tag (either gtag.js or amp alternative) on each of the pages. Thank you.

Yes, that is correct @usrobotx. You have a valid and working Analytics snippet placed on both your canonical (non AMP) and also the AMP version of your site.
