    Hello everybody.

I’m working on a web site using WordPress & have recently installed GSpeech plugin. The text-to-speech process works great while testing it at localhost (Windows 7 Professional) enviroment, but won’t work while testing exactly the same web site set up at a Linux web server machine, as virtual host.
I mark the text, then tooltip, speaker & gspeech link are all shown up, but after clicking the speaker to listen the marked text, speaker starts rolling (keeps rolling unless I click again) & I listen no sound.

Any help or advice would be grateful.
    Many Thanks.

Problem solved: I contacted Linux server admin, we took a look at apache log & we found a PHP fatal error referring to curl_init function call.

The steps that solve the error were installing php5-curl & then modifying php.ini, adding dynamic extension curl.so.
