• This web story is getting errors in GSC (see below), but when I run through the AMP test it says Web Story is valid.

    So I’m not sure what to do??

    You might be using a plugin or so that serves Google different content than your users, hence the discrepancy. Or, maybe the error was already resolved and GSC hasn’t looked at your page since then.

    I suggest following the guidance presented in GSC to learn more about the issue. For example, the magnifying glass icon gets you to the URL Inspection tool, where you can see the last crawl date and, most importantly, inspect the crawled page. In that crawled page you should be able to see the invalid custom JavaScript that is mentioned.

    I believe it has something to do with using Zaraz within Cloudflare for Microsoft Clarity. That’s what’s highlighted when I inspect, but I’m not sure how to remove that just for Web Stories.

    That sounds plausible. Usually Cloudflare has some settings to disable certain features for certain URL patterns (e.g. any /web-stories/* URL), and Zaraz specifically might have some useful settings that you could try tweaking. But I’m not a Cloudflare expert, so best to ask in the Cloudflare forums about that.
