Grunion Contact Form Doesn't Show Up

I have the same issue. I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme. The GCF shortcode is simple and has no errors. The form simply does not show up. It used to, but then stopped. Not sure if some other plugin is creating an issue or not.

In addition to the Grunion Contact Form, below are the plugins I am using:

• Add Logo to Admin
• Akismet
• Avatars
• Bad Behavior
• Category Icons
• CMS
• MiniMeta Widget
• Polldaddy Polls & Ratings
• Postie
• Quick Cache
• Simple Facebook Connect
• Web Ninja Google Analytics

The following are present but deactivated:

• After The Deadline
• Sharedaddy
• WPtouch

Are there any errors in your web server logs? Have you tried it on a fresh new WP install using the default theme and no other plugins? We need to be able to reproduce the problem in order to track down what the issue is.

When I get time I will check into it further.

I’m having the same problem (the shortcode displays on my page instead of the form). This started happening when I installed a plugin called “Magazine Columns” which is used to force your content into columns. Did anyone figure out what the conflict is?

Same dam problem for me. But I fixed it on mine. I took a list at “DougJoseph”‘s post above and his plugins. The only one that matched mine was SIMPLE FACEBOOK CONNECT. I removed that and the form started showing once and for all.

I have the same issue as reported by soyummykaya. The Grunion Contact Form doesn’t appear when I installed/activated Simple Facebook Connect. Would love to have both.

Yep. Just made this discovery myself. Simple Facebook Connect and Grunion definitely do not play nice together. Really too bad. :/ If anyone knows of a workaround, I would love to hear it.
