Groups of Users

Hello,

I have a few questions regarding this plugin:

1) Can I customize “Agent” field and change it into “Property Owner” field? If yes, how can I do so?
2) Can I also have two different groups of users (for example, property owners & tenants)? If yes, please let me know how I can do so.
