Groups no longer creating a Group when new user signs up

  • We started having some issues recently with the Groups plugin. Is it still being maintained?

    The issue we are currently facing is when a new user signs up to a membership level that is a group membership, no group is created. The group has to be created and they have to be added manually.

    We have been working on trying to fix it ourselves unsuccessfully.

    Any insight would be appreciated.

    • Domain
    • PHP version
    • WordPress version
    • Do you have the Groups custom field on the checkout page
    • Loom video showing the Groups set up and testing a checkout with the groups sign up link and showcasing that the group isn’t being created

    That’ll be extremely helpful in helping us fix this as fast as possible!
