Grouping comments or multiple comments per Post

I’m looking into doing something I’ve never seen WordPress do before. And I’m looking for ideas or suggestions.

I’d like to create a Post covering a particular topic. And inside this post I’ll be asking a couple questions. I’d like the ability for a user to comment after each question. There might be 3-4 questions per post. So that’d be 3-4 separate comment forums (for lack of a better word).

Have you seen this done before?

Here’s the only idea I have so far:

• Have each question be a separate post tagged by the topic at hand. Then run a custom query.
