Awesome plugin, I can’t find another out there to help with the organization of plugins, which as WordPress popularity grows so does layering on Plugins for functionality.

This is more of a feature request, the ability to “group” plugins would be amazing, so I could keep them ordered, but also quickly move between plugins for admin, or frontend, or paypal, or whatever.

There is functionality on the wordpress plugin admin page to create plugin groups next to the bulk actions menu.

Hmm can you be more specific, must not be obvious? I’m not seeing in.

If you go to Plugins in the wordpress admin menu you will land on the plugin admin page. At the top of the table that displays your plugins you will see a drop down that says Bulk Actions. Next to that is a button that says Apply. Next to that is text that says Groups: with a dropdown of your existing groups as well as an option to add a new group. Check the boxes next to the plugins in the table below and select Add To Group in the bulk actions dropdown. Select the group you want to add them to in the Group dropdown and hit apply. Then reload the page and you will see a link to your group at the top of the page.

Are you using a different administration theme from the default? Are you getting any javascript errors on that page?

    No sir.

I did a stock install on my hostgator account to see if I had some plugins conflicting or something…I can’t find the menu which you speak of?

Can I see a picture of this?

Wondering how it’s missing, are you sure this is a stock item?

What version of wordpress are you running? I dont see the column for ordering your plugins either. Are you running the latest version of plugin organizer? Here is a screenshot of what it is supposed to look like. https://www.jsterup.com/wp-content/uploads/jsterup/2012/11/screenshot.jpg

So sorry for this un-needed thread, I thought that there was a grouping feature in the native WP backend, without your plugin. I finally installed it, and see what you’re saying.

Sorry to waste time! I’m all set.

Thats ok. Glad you got it figured out. If you like the plugin please give it a start rating on the plugin page.
