Grouped Products Showing But Not Single Products

Hey there!

This could be a bunch of different things. However, it’s most often related to caching. Can you please disable any caching plugins that you have and then check to see if it’s working correctly?

If that doesn’t solve it, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I do not have a caching program installed at the moment i did install one clear it but no difference i have now uninstalled it.

I have worked something out, if i change a single product to a grouped product it shows up but then when i change it back to a single product put the settings back what it had etc the product appears how strange!!

Thanks for the additional information! That rules out a number of possibilities.

Can you please try the following:

1. Clear all transients via WooCommerce > Status > Tools and recount terms, please? Here’s where you’ll need to be: https://cld.wthms.co/lzpGcD
2. Create and publish a new simple product without changing any settings – does that show up correctly?
3. Can you open the single products that have already been created with their direct link?
