If I understand you correctly, the price of the products listed under a Grouped Product is not being updated after importing products via CSV using the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter, correct?

Firstly, can you please confirm if you are using the built-in Grouped Product in creating grouped products on your site?

We have recently noticed that prices in Schema are not updated in this way (it shows an old price).

To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

To update them, we need to edit the Grouped products, delete their subproducts, save, reassign the subproducts, and save. With this, the price in Schema is updated.
Could it be due to some bug in Woocommerce?

This is quite strange that updating products via the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter does not update the prices of the products under the Grouped Products on your site.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please note, we do not support them since they are third-arty entities.
