grouped products items – cannot add to cart.

    Hello, I have recently encountered a problem where I am trying to add a grouped product into the cart, but it doesn’t show the product in the cart. the problem happens only with the grouped products and not with the single products. I tried to update my theme, and my plugins, and the problem was still there. What can the problem be? How can I fix it? Thank you in advance

    I understand that Grouped products are not adding to the cart as expected, however Simple products are not experiencing this issue, correct?

    Please clarify if Variable products are also experiencing this same issue?

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

    You can find this via ?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support. One you have this, please share the results with us here.
