Grouped Colors in variations

Hello, one of my product is a t-shirt with 3 different lines on, and the user has to choose the color of each line. The colors are composed by 3 categories: winter, summer, and autumn. So i need this on product page:

First line color:
– Winter: O O O O O
– Summer: O O O O O
– Autumn: O O O O O

Second line color:
– Winter: O O O O O
– Summer: O O O O O
– Autumn: O O O O O

Third line color:
– Winter: O O O O O
– Summer: O O O O O
– Autumn: O O O O O

How i can do that?? Please help me i can’t find a solution
