Group wishlist

Hi, Would it be possible via phpmyadmin csv upload or other method, to create a user/password and wishlist. Then, I could give the list to all people in a group for them to view? In principle, I could do the same with categories, tags, or hashtag (plugin), but this will permit me flexibility downstream. cheers, J
