group wall, user directory

For the “group wall”, since there is no button under each new topic, does it allow me to edit the group wall page layout e.g. add buttons – redirect another webpage, or button “send message” or button “Need xxx credits” (e.g. Profilegrid integrates with Gamipress).?

In short, for all pages including user directory, group wall, etc, may I know if the widget, buttons, inline link, picture location, can be modified?at back end according to my tailor made website requirement.
