I have solved the problem

Can I add Gallery and video feature to the Group Wall (Title) and Blog post adding section?

Group Wall does not print texts properly. That is, paragraph, title bold, sort etc. not working.

You cannot add Gallary and video on the Group Wall and Blog. You can check the ProfileGrid Group Photo extension, which allows users to add photos that will display in a separate tab. Group wall is a feature, where adding a title is not necessary. Anyone can post words there.
