Group View doesn't allow for edits/deletes

I am unable to remove or modify group tags. My display is very similar to the screenshot you posted for “Plugin Group” (https://ps.w.org/plugin-grouper/assets/screenshot-4.png?rev=1266171) but without the option to delete (also colors which has since been added).

Hope this is an easy fix and thank you very much for creating this plugin. It has made management of the plugins a lot easier!
