• He have a member site at https://www.gleanr.com.au/. We provide capacity for members to create groups using Buddypress, its a wordpress site. With group management we sought capacity for better email management and your plugin satisfies most of these. I have a question with the capacity of a group admin (say grp 1) to be able to send out a message to all of grp 1’s members. Only grp 1 admin would have that capacity. Your description of the plugin makes this reasonably clear. Our developers have reviewed your plugin and they tell us that for that function to work for Grp 1 admin, the site admin (Gleanr admin which is me) would need to also become an administrator of every group. This does not make sense to me and I feel would create the wrong impression on groups that Gleanr admin as trying to control them.
I am hoping that our developers have got it wrong and that the way it works is that if a grp 1 admin wants to send out messages because of the plugin capacity, he can. Please clarify.

Group administrators should be able to send notices to their group. It is not necessary for the site administrator to be an admin for each group.
