Group option does not appear

    Out of 3 sites, only 1 shows the group option.

    I have deactivated plugins, themes, and updated WordPress to the latest version. How can I investigate this?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Group, Share feature we need to enable from plugin settings. (its not enabled by default since 2.0 version.)

    From ‘click to chat’ -> ‘other settings’ at the ‘Group, share feature’ section, enable the group option.

    and later we can view the group settings. (Click to chat -> group).
