Group of buttons for specific URLs

  • Hi,

    I use this plugin in addition of Maxbuttons pro.

    I replace the social buttons with specific buttons. the idea is to have two buttons on each page, but two different buttons with two different URLs.

    So for a group, i set “share URL setting” –> “Custom URL”. For example here about the Golden Circle, because I want this groupe of buttons to be displayed only on that page.

    But I see this is displayed everywhere, on every page.

    Have I missed something?

    Hi! It’s not very clear, but this means that this collection of buttons will share a specific URL in the context of social media share.

    So i.g. you have twitter.com/<share-url> , the shared URL will not be of current page, but the value of the custom URL field ( some other page you want to promote )

    If you want to only show buttons on a specific ( like 1 ) page, you can use the shortcode , like : [maxsocial id=”1″]

    In the display options you should then turn off all the other options.

    If you want some pages to show and others not; there is a ‘hide’ checkbox on the page editor, depending if that’s handy or not.
