Group not showing

Hi, my group is there in the code but seems to ignore the condition I have set: this is the CF7 code
<label class=”control-label”>Example</label>
[radio extra-machine “Ja” “Nein”]
[group fuel-radio]<label class=”control-label”>Example2</label>[radio fuel “Ja” “Nein”][/group]
The condition say: if extra-machine has value Ja, then show fuel-radio
What could I be doing wrong? Are there issues with radio buttons?
