Group Field Menu Hierarchy

Hi, is there a way to move a group field higher up the menu hierarchy?
The fields are hard to find; you have to know to click “Profile”, then you have to know to click “Edit” before you see the Group Field
Also, any suggestions on changing the Group Fields from numbers /4/ to the actual name of the Group Field?
