group cover not show with BuddyBoss

With respect to your query here, the “cover” element is not present within the default Group Profile starter BuddyBuilder template. You will need to edit and customize the starter template or else the template you are using with Elementor and add the “cover” element to the template.

hello, it is possible that I have not explained myself well, in a group solo page there is the cover, on this same website, I have it with buddypress and I can add it, but with buddyboss it does not appear, attached screenshots:

In this case, from your screenshot, it appears that you have not specified the cover height. Please specify the value within the “Height” field and check whether the issue is resolved.
