    Thinking of purchasing this app. Can a customer message go to a Whatsapp GROUP CHAT? In the settings it only says to input a phone number.

    By the way, the answer for this question could be in your website FAQ. Also, it took me 20 minutes navigating your site to find a way to contact you (here). I signed up on your site for support, but couldn’t ask a question because I don’t yet have a license. And there’s no other way to contact you from your website. Ironic, considering you make plugins to help customers easily contact businesses.

    Thank you for your interest in our app. Regarding your query, the feature that allows customer messages to be sent to a WhatsApp group chat is part of our premium offerings.
