Group categories when writing post

Hi! I want to know if it’s possible to separate the categories into different groups.
Let me explain.
My client is a real estate professional. He’s going to upload the houses for sale. When he starts a new post he’s going to select the different categories (house – apartment – condo – for rent – for sale). But the first three are from a different category than the next two. I want to know if I can group the categories into different groups on the “new post” page so he won’t forget any category:
-Transaction? FOR SALE
-Property? HOUSE
-Zone? LOS ANGELES
instead of:
-Category? HOUSE – LOS ANGELES – FOR SALE
