Group admins can't create member groups?

    It seems like privileges are broken in this vital plugin ??
    For example, we see that Group admins can’t create member groups as it is now with current WP /BP.

    Anyone with a code tweak while we hope for this great and useful plugin to be updated for current versions?

    Found the problem. Simply that the pref in BP had been unchecked.
