groovy Menu for Mobile not working

  • hi I purchased the Pro version of Groovy Menu – works amazing ?? However, it works properly on desktop. no Mobile, it isn’t working. Just a blank toolbar with my logo. I went to the Groovy settings on my WordPress to have the menu on the side, a hamburger menu and I do not see it at all ??

    others on here have reported similar issues ??

    I purchased from Codecanyon today – which is whatever the version is offered, that is what I have . Also I have the latest WordPress installed as my host company automatically installs updates.
