GridKit Albums – Upgraded to Multisite – Issue

    Hi Dear Community,

    I am using the latest version of GridKit with 10 albums. I upgraded today my WP site to a Multisite. After that it is not more possible to add new Albums to the Main-Site (with the 10 albums) – and also not to the new subsites.

    For the new multisites:
    I can enter the Title, Description, upload images, … – but after clicking on the save-Button, this message appears: “You don’t have items in this album yet!” and nothing was saved.

    For the old Mainsite:
    I can enter the Title, Description, upload images, … – but after clicking on the save-Button there is an empty space for the new album without any images.

    I already deinstalled GridKit and re-installed it. Same error.

    Any ideas?

  • Please send an email to [email protected] and our technical team will investigate the issue for you. GridKIT is compatible with Multisite WordPress installation, but I’m not sure what went wrong on your end when you switched your website to Multisite! Maybe it’s a DB related issue and GridKIT is unable either save or read from your DB.
