grid works in chrome, firefox, but not MS Edge

I use updated Content Views Pro and have a two-column grid that appears on both pages of my two-page website. The CV grid works in Chrome and Firefox, and its preview is fine in MS Edge, but in both of the pages when viewed “live” in MS Edge, the grid doesn’t work and the items appear in a list with the text cut off at each side.
Everything seemed to be fine for several weeks until a visitor notified me of the problem today. I rarely use MS Edge and the problem might have started in that browser a few days ago.
When I first learned of the problem the columns were also missing in Chrome, but I re-tweaked the settings and repeatedly cleared each browser’s cache and caches at the host provider, and Chrome started behaving normally. MS Edge still won’t show the columns.
Any ideas?
