Grid view for posts on a category navigation ???

I found all my answers except one.

I have to create a call from a page template… however I have my home page set up as a category… can I create a call from a category page…?

possibly also wrap that into a div;

I got it… Now im just having trouble on how to resize the image…

What do you think would be the easiest way to set that up? Resizing the img myself? or set it to crop…(possibly distorting img)?

How do I get the img to be smaller? I have it set i believe to 150X150 px… it just seems a lot larger.

actually I want to get the post title smaller the post image smaller and the post text smaller.

one final question Alchymyth… I have the grid set up.. how do i set how many posts appear in the page? I want only 6. Does the setting that I am going to use affect my other pages?

if you used the code from my article, then edit the number here:

$args = array(
 'posts_per_page' => 16, // optional to overwrite the dashboard setting

this will not effect other pages.

you can also change the number of posts per page from
dashboard – settings – reading: Blog pages show at most [] posts
but this will effect all other pages in your site.

Hi alchymyth I was hoping you had some time to answer a few questions… It seems this method (using the Loop-grid) from your article is conflicting with a few other plugins. Do you know of a fix to it?

I was trying to number my pages instead of having them show up as next post name and before post name.. i also have meteor slides not functioning correctly because a call in the post grid prevents it from linking to the proper urls.
