Grid View

Having an issue with the Grid View from my Gold Cart add on.

Any new category I create breaks when I add more than 4 products to it. It still works fine for categories that I added a few months ago.

Any ideas?

Also I started a premium support ticket but i have received no reply, how do I check whether I have received it?
