Grid shortcode wanted

A grid shortcode is really needed as not everyone wants to use the typical archive page for staff listings.

Ideally, the staff page is also part of brand awareness building for recruitment. As such, video and content above the staff members creates more impact.

Further, once you start working with shortcodes, you can bring along configuration attributes for the long haul.
