Grid and menu question

  • Hi,

    Got a question regarding the upper menu. right now, everytime I create a page it just ads it to the menu line at the bottom. What if there’s some pages that I don’t want to appear there?

    2nd question is regarding the grid feature. I’ve got 4 blocks. but have do I determine the order of the pages to show?

    For the menu query – you need to create a menu group, name it like “Top Menu” then add the pages you want to appear in that group. Once done you can allocate that menu group to the theme’s menu location of your choice and only the pages you’ve added will appear in that location.

    To create the groups and and your pages go to Appearance >> Menus in your Admin dashboard.

    As for the 2nd query, it is not currently possible to order the Featured content but it is an option that is being considered for inclusion in a future update.

    @zulfikar Nore: you can order the items on the grid by changing the published date. I made my grid items sticky posts, told Ridizain to use sticky posts for the featured content, then modified the published dates on each post so that they will fall in order.

    As stated in my earlier reply – an option to do the order by is being considered as an option for the theme ??
