Greyed out fields & Form Field Loss

  • We are experiencing some issues with the plugin (@ v2.0.38) where the fields used in the generation of the registration form are not visible to the profile form.

    Much more detail is not available than after adding fields to the registration form, they are greyed-out elsewhere.

    Along with this, the fields that are available (and used in registration) are miss ing / removed from the default profile form builder & profile page.

    I have tested the plugins for collisions, and have found no interactions.

    I have exactly the same issue…

    For example i have added AGE on my registration form but on the profile form, I cannot add AGE through the fields manager as it is greyed out as an option, despite not being used on the profile form

    Here is what my fields manager looks like, I cannot add this field on the profile form

    These screenshots are indicative of our problem as well.

    It would seem that this is not the previous behaviour of the plugin.

    As a result fields in use in a template that share the field data have been simply removed from the profile form in particular.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
