    During the setup process after we had linked to the website, google account, and the merchant centre it then went to load the next stage but is now only showing a grey blank page the only thing that is showing up is screen options.
    How do i fix this and finish setting this up.

    Hi there,

    Do you see any errors in the logs related to the Google Listings & Ads. The logs should be under: WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    Can you please share a screenshot of the page you are getting redirected to.

    I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
    You can simply drag the image and drop it to generate a link to share.

    So this is the first one that comes up, and I can’t see any that say anything or look like they might be more related if that’s not it.

    Hey there @clydelinens,

    Appreciate the screenshot. Those errors don’t look related to the blank screen.

    If you check the grey blank page and look in the browser console, do you see any JavaScript errors there? See this guide on finding console errors.

    Can you also please deactivate all other plugins and attempt to finish setup of the Google Listings & Ads extension?

    Sorry for the difficulties @clydelinens

    Just confirming – that screenshot/log file appears to be related to a different extension. Are you saying there isn’t a Google listings and Ads log file?

    In the top right of your screenshot you’ll see a drop down menu. If you click it, there should/may be a log file specifically for Google Listings and Ads which might have more useful information e.g.
