Grey line at the bottom when scrolling on mobile

  • Hello, when I scroll vertically on any page there’s a grey line at the bottom under the zoho chat and the mini cart floating widgets.
    It’s not always happens but it does a lot. Only on mobile. A video is attached.
    I tried all the smooth scroll plugins free and pro, nothing helps.
    I also tried disabling smooth scroll on the theme.
    I think it has to do with the chat widget because when disabled it happens rarely but still does. [Redundant link removed] is the link

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent. Looking at your site, you use flatsome theme.

    Sonce you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Thank you fir the prompt reply! Of course I tried those support channels, but nobody came up with a solution and I’m stuck with this situation for over 2 months.
    So I thought about posting in a more general forum, sorry for the misunderstanding ??
