Grey Icon At The Top Of All Product Pages I Create

    Hi I just built this WP site and I started adding some test products. I get this grey icon at the top of all new products even when I add my own pic. Can someone instruct me on how to stop these from showing up Please.

    flatsome vs 3.15.2
    Woo Commerce Plugin Version 6.1.0
    WordPress vs 5.8.3

    Flatsome is, unfortunately, one of the themes that seems to do it’s own thing with category thumbnails and this plugin is not currently compatible.

    Working on it, though!

    Thanks for the reply. What do you suggest, should I change my theme? I paid $$ for this so I was hoping there is a work around. Or if a fix is soon to come I can wait a little bit.

    Never mind I just needed to add my picture in the Product Image box on the right side of the new product page. By adding the product in the description and not the product image box I was triggering the default placeholder image to appear.

    Ah yes, that’d do it – although from the sounds of what you’ve written, it seems to work with Flatsome for you which is interesting as I’ve had a few reports otherwise since releasing the plugin!
