Grey Diagonal Lines Around Featured Images

Hello.
I expanded the width of my pages to 80% and now there are grey diagonal lines along the left and right sides of featured images.
A narrow margin of grey lines along the left between the image and the left menu and a slightly wider margin of grey lines along the right margin of the image.
Is there CSS code that can remove these lines or make these margins white?
