Grey “Customize Loading” Screen; Can’t Customize Theme

  • Hello,

    When I go to the “Appearance” Section, then to “Customize”, the Visual Screen of my site does not load.

    I can click everything on the left side where you can customize your site, but nothing appears on the right screen.

    My site is not down, I have tried deactivating plugins and changing themes, but it didn’t work.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hello @forconifoods, thanks for choosing Bento! This looks like a Javascript issue – could you please try two things:
    1. First, deactivate all plugins and try loading the Customizer again
    2. Then, re-activate everything and try switching to another theme (“Appearance – Themes”) and try the Customizer again.
    Let me know about the results of each test!
